Our specialty at Eagle Plastics is the production of mud flaps for over the road truck & trailers.. The material used in the production of mud flaps is usually linear low density polyethylene, although at Eagle we use different production processes that allows us to create more environmentally friendly products such as our recycled Rubber Blend.

We have a variety of mud flap types and designs that we can make for our clients. Different quality mud flaps cost different amounts and non- standard mud flap sizes will also cost different amount than our standard sizes.

These mud flaps are useful for our customers who drive in different climates. Mud flaps protect the vehicle’s wheel housings from mud, sleet, slush, snow, and water buildup, which can cause the metal to rust and also freeze around the wheels. If slush or snow freezes against the wheel it wears the tires out faster and also causes damage to the metals that are closer to the base of the vehicle. These can also wear away the paint on a vehicle making it look that much less reputable.
